All accommodation listed on this website has been awarded the 'Walkers Welcome' award, which ensures that the accommodation listed on this site is suited to the needs of walkers.

How to Feature on the Walking website (Accommodation)

All accommodation featured on this website has to be independently inspected and graded under the Visit Britain/Visit Wales Schemes. Apart from your regular accommodation inspection, businesses must also have the 'Walkers Welcome', accreditation.

These additional inspections need to be undertaken at the same time as your annual inspection at an additional £17.

Once businesses hold the 'Walkers Welcome' award, your accommodation business can be featured on the Shropshire Walking website FREE OF CHARGE.
